1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Postalrios, a LinkedIn content workflow application for topic planning, AI-assisted draft generation, AI image generation, review, scheduling, and publishing history.
By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Postalrios for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Postalrios.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your authentication credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a way that creates security, operational, legal, or payment risk.
3. Subscriptions, renewals, and billing
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Prices, plan names, included usage, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Before checkout, you confirm that you accept these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and that your subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown until you cancel. We record these confirmations with their time, wording version, customer type and the plan and price shown, and link them to your checkout. After checkout, we email you a confirmation of your contract.
New subscriptions use Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing when available. Existing Clerk Billing subscriptions remain managed through Clerk until they end or are separately migrated. Clerk also provides account sign-in. We do not store your full card number. The checkout shows the amount, currency, taxes, and recurring payment terms before you pay.
Paid access begins after payment is verified for the subscription period. A checkout redirect or pending bank authentication does not establish payment. If payment fails, is disputed, is reversed, or becomes past due, paid access may be restricted when the paid-through period ends or earlier where justified by fraud or misuse.
4. Usage credits and limits
One successfully generated text version uses 1 credit. Each successfully generated image, including a regenerated image, uses 1 credit. A post with one text version and one image uses 2 credits.
A carousel uses 1 credit per slide text, 1 for its caption, and 1 per generated slide image. Batches use the sum of their requested outputs. The app shows an estimate before generation.
Creating a post through your own AI assistant (AI integrations) uses 1 credit, which includes the first image your assistant asks Postalrios to generate for that post. Each further image it generates uses 1 credit, and images you generate in the Postalrios editor use credits as usual. Reading, editing, approving, scheduling, and publishing these posts, and images your assistant provides itself, use no credits. Deleting a post does not refund its credit.
Credits are reserved while generation runs. Failed outputs and unused reservations are released; successful outputs in a partially completed job still use credits. Internal retries, reading, editing, copying, and exporting do not use additional credits.
Paid credits reset with the verified subscription billing period. Free credits reset one month after sign-up and end 2 months after sign-up. Unused credits do not roll over, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.
The Free plan is a free trial: 10 credits a month for your first 2 months, each month enough for 5 posts with one text version and one image each.
Your free trial starts when you create your account, and its months are counted from the date and time you signed up, in UTC. After 2 months, the Free plan includes no credits, including when a paid plan ends after that. Your account, drafts, editing, export, and scheduling stay available. AI features, including generating posts, carousels, and images, topic suggestions, Insights recommendations, and daily drafts, need an active free trial or a paid plan.
There is one free trial per person. A new account gets no free credits if its sign-up email address, compared without letter case, +tags, or dots in Gmail addresses, matches an earlier free trial from the last 12 months, or if it signs up from the IP address of an earlier free trial from the last 30 days (for IPv6, the same /64 network). It can still subscribe to a paid plan.
Usage is measured by Postalrios system records. Limits may prevent new generation jobs, image creation, or other paid actions once a plan limit is reached. We may update how credits are counted for future billing periods if we disclose the change before it affects you.
5. Cancellation, downgrades, and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time in Billing with Manage subscription, or by contacting us at office@postalrios.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until then. Cancellation does not refund past charges.
Apart from the consumer right of withdrawal, your statutory rights (section 13), or a separate written agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-prorated.
We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must include the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU, checkout also asks you to request that the service start immediately, during the 14-day withdrawal period. You can still withdraw within those 14 days, but you pay for the service provided until you tell us: the monthly price multiplied by the days elapsed and divided by the days in the billing period. The right ends once the service has been fully provided. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to withdraw.
6. AI-generated content
Postalrios uses third-party AI providers to generate drafts, images, topic suggestions, and related outputs. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party content, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your goals.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any content. Postalrios does not guarantee impressions, engagement, followers, leads, revenue, employment outcomes, or compliance with your industry rules.
Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or professional advice. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have the rights and approvals needed to process it through the service.
Depending on the image model in use, generated images may carry machine-readable provenance markings added by the model provider, such as C2PA Content Credentials metadata or an invisible watermark (for example Google SynthID). We store generated images as the provider returns them. If one arrives with no C2PA manifest or XMP metadata, we add XMP metadata identifying it as AI-generated. Postalrios shows in the app when a post was generated by AI. It does not add markings to the text of your posts, and carousel PDFs assembled by Postalrios do not keep the images' metadata. Do not remove, alter, or obscure provenance markings or metadata on generated content.
If you publish AI-generated or AI-edited content, you may have your own transparency obligations. For example, under Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act, a deployer must disclose deep fakes, and must disclose AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest unless it has undergone human review and someone holds editorial responsibility for it.
7. LinkedIn and third-party services
Postalrios is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. If you connect LinkedIn or another third-party service, your use is also governed by that third party's terms and policies.
You authorize Postalrios to use connected account permissions only to provide the requested workflow, such as preparing, scheduling, or publishing content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and publishing activity comply with LinkedIn's rules.
If you connect an AI assistant through AI integrations, it acts on your behalf within the permissions you give its API key or connection. Its actions count as your account activity, and you are responsible for the posts it saves, schedules, or publishes. Keep API keys secret, give each assistant only the permissions it needs, and revoke keys and connections you no longer use. The assistant's provider processes what it receives under its own terms.
8. Your content and rights
You retain your rights in content you submit to Postalrios. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, store, generate, display, and transmit your content to operate and improve the service.
To the extent legally possible and subject to third-party provider terms, you may use AI outputs generated for your account for your business or personal publishing purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your use does not infringe or violate anyone else's rights.
9. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Postalrios for spam, scams, impersonation, harassment, illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, platform manipulation, deceptive automation, or content that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.
We may remove content, refuse generation, limit access, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
10. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including models, providers, features, limits, plans, and pricing. For paid plans, we tell you about a price change 30 or more days before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does. Material changes to included monthly usage apply prospectively unless required sooner for legal, security, provider, or abuse-prevention reasons.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party providers, network availability, payment processors, model providers, and platform APIs.
11. Disclaimers
Postalrios is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results.
You use generated content and publishing workflows at your own risk. You are responsible for human review before publication.
This section does not limit your statutory rights described in section 13.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Postalrios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or platform account consequences.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid to Postalrios for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This section does not limit your statutory rights described in section 13.
13. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, or the Acceptable Use Policy excludes or limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. The disclaimers, the limitation of liability, and the refund terms apply only as far as that law allows.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the service that occurs or becomes apparent while we supply it under your subscription (the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services under Directive (EU) 2019/770, in Romania Government Emergency Ordinance 141/2021). You can ask us to bring the service into conformity and, where the law allows, to reduce the price or end the contract.
If you are a consumer in Australia or New Zealand, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
14. Termination
You may stop using Postalrios at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or others, fail to pay, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the service.
Sections about billing owed, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, acceptable use enforcement, and dispute-related provisions survive termination where legally allowed.
15. Complaints
To make a complaint, email office@postalrios.com or write to the postal address shown under Service provider on this page. Include your account email, what went wrong, and what you would like us to do. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
If you are a consumer and we do not resolve your complaint, you can submit it to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through its alternative dispute resolution platform (SAL) at https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. You can also contact the consumer protection authority of your country or go to court.
