Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Postalrios is for legitimate LinkedIn content planning, drafting, review, and publishing workflows. This Acceptable Use Policy protects users, platforms, payment providers, AI providers, and Postalrios from misuse.

2. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use Postalrios to create, publish, promote, or facilitate illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, evasion of platform rules, deceptive automation, spam, or manipulation of LinkedIn or any other platform.

You may not use Postalrios for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, adult sexual services, graphic abuse, self-harm encouragement, extremist recruitment, or content targeting protected groups in a harmful or demeaning way.

You may not use Postalrios to impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, create deceptive endorsements, or publish content that hides material sponsorship, conflicts of interest, or AI-generated claims when disclosure is legally required.

3. Regulated and high-risk uses

Do not use Postalrios to provide professional advice or claims in regulated areas such as legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, employment, credit, housing, education admissions, or similar high-impact decisions unless you independently review the output and comply with all applicable professional and legal requirements.

Do not use Postalrios to sell or promote prohibited or restricted products or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fraudulent financial schemes, adult sexual services, or any category prohibited by our payment processors or platform providers.

4. Intellectual property and privacy

You may not submit or publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it through Postalrios and its providers.

5. Platform compliance

You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms, policies, rate limits, and posting rules. Postalrios does not authorize conduct that a third-party platform prohibits.

Do not use Postalrios to mass-post low-quality content, create engagement manipulation, evade account restrictions, or operate accounts in a way that could reasonably be treated as spam or platform abuse.

6. Security

You may not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, scrape non-public data, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with queues or rate limits, or misuse connected account permissions.

You may not resell, rent, share, or commercially exploit your account access without written permission.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, block generations, suspend features, disable publishing, limit usage, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or there is legal, security, payment, or platform risk.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may review content, usage, and metadata when needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, or protect the service.

8. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or policy violations to office@postalrios.com with relevant account, URL, draft, or timestamp details.
